FAQ’s

The wax used in my candles is a custom blend made up of primarily coconut and soy. The wicks are cotton and zinc free. The fragrance oils are a blend of essential oils and synthetic oil that are  formulated without phthalates and adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.

Once an order is placed, there is a 24–48-hour processing time. I do my best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! I ship out Monday-Friday and on Saturdays when Monday is a holiday. Typically, most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.  
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.  
However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at julianne@escentialindulgence.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order. 

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at julianne@escentialindulgence.com so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!
